Lethal Bizzle support slot competition

Having announced a headline tour in August to celebrate the release of his single 'Bizzle Bizzle/'Babylons Burning The Ghetto’ on 16th July and the hotly anticipated album 'Back To Bizznizz’ released on 23rd July, Lethal Bizzle has announced an exciting tour competition.

Lethal is giving the chance for one lucky act to open for him each night of his UK tour. A competition will run in each town of the tour to find the band/artist which he will handpick to open the show.

Bizzle is the most prolific, exciting rapper to emerge from the UK underground scene in recent years and as a fan of all types of music, has been leading the way for the indie/grime crossover. He is a NME magazine favourite and has performed tracks with The Rakes, Pete Doherty, Test Icicles, Gallows, Babyshambles and The Enemy.

The competition is open to all genre’s whether they be a singer, band or MC. Lethal is looking for fresh and exciting new talent and hopes the range of music to be vast and interesting.

All entrants must send their demo, name & contact details, a myspace address and the city they want to perform in to:

Comedy Central will send up reality meal ticket Flavor Flav with a roast of the Public Enemy alum.

Comedian Katt Williams, as roast master, will host the festivities, which will be taped on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Los Angeles July 22. The show -- featuring roasters Carrot Top, Greg Giraldo, Ice-T, Jimmy Kimmel, Lisa Lampanelli, Bridgett Neilsen, Patton Oswalt, Snoop Dogg and Sommore, among others -- will debut on Comedy Aug. 12 at 10 p.m.

Born William J. Drayton, Flavor Flav, credited as rap music’s original “Hype Man,” is currently celebrating his 20th year in the business on tour with Public Enemy front man and partner Chuck D.

Sponsored by Anheuser Busch, Amp'd and Taco Bell, The Comedy Central Roast of Flavor Flav will be executive-produced by Tenth Planet Productions’ Joel Gallen.
